How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 3-6 months in advance, especially for peak season (June-October). However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 90 days before your safari carry a USD 100 admin fee plus any non-refundable supplier costs. 61–90 days: 30% of the booking value; 31–60 days: 50%; 30 days or less: 100%. See our Terms of Service for full details.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We typically require a 30% deposit to confirm your booking, with the balance due 60 days before departure.
Can you customize any safari?
Absolutely! All our safaris can be customized to your preferences. We can adjust duration, accommodations, activities, and destinations.
